Open the Shipments workspace
From the left navigation, select Shipments.
Start a new shipment

Because the recorder knows which element you clicked and what the element was called, the guide says “Click New shipment in the top-right corner” rather than describing a coordinate. Screenshots are cropped to the relevant region, annotated with a numbered marker and a highlight, and blurred wherever sensitive data was detected. Animated GIFs are generated for steps where motion carries the meaning.

About docs & guides
Yes. We meter rendered video because rendering costs us money. Generating a written guide costs us very little, and metering documentation is a bad incentive — it pushes teams to write fewer guides, which makes their product harder to use. So we do not.
Yes. A silent screen recording produces a complete article, because the steps come from your interactions rather than your narration. Many teams record silently specifically for documentation and add narration only for the ones that become videos.
